NRB Inc. (NRB) has been contracted by M’akola Development Services (“M’akola”) on behalf of British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BCH”) for the design and build of a 75 suite, 4 storey modular affordable housing building located at 2170 Charters Road, Sooke BC. Scansa was hired by NRB as the civil contractor to perform all the onsite and offsite civil works for the project. The civil component included bulk and detail excavation, building backfill, storm, sewer, water, water chambers, new sewer forcemain and installation of a sewer lift station, concrete, curbs, flat work sidewalks, paving and line painting.
