Scansa, as a subcontractor, formed and poured the nearly 6000m3 of concrete required for a multi-level parkade and podium structure to support 130 homes in 2 buildings. The 5 & 6 story buildings will be located at the intersection of Constellation & Meridian Avenues as part of the 500-acre master planned community of Westhills, by Westhills Land Corp.
Our work, valued at $7.1M, was completed in the summer of 2023. This included the concrete formwork, supply, pumping, placing, and finishing of all concrete elements. Scansa’s heavy machinery could also be found on site assisting as needed throughout this project.
