Scansa Construction is the general contractor for the new construction of 24 townhomes at The Lake at Kettle Creek in Phase 1. This is the fourth installment in the Langford Lake District by Liberty Ridge Homes. These buildings make use of the Hobbs Vertical ICF Wall System providing a strong STC rating, energy efficiency, and disaster resistance. Individual units feature 9 ft main floor ceilings, multi-zone forced air heat pumps with AC, natural gas tankless hot water heaters. Finishes include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. All homes carry a WBI home warranty. Scansa started construction in August of 2022 and is on target to complete on time in May of 2024.
