Scansa Construction, as a General Contractor, is spearheading the development of a 7-block, 14 townhouse development in the Olympian Way neighborhood. This project comprises of seven distinctive duplex buildings, offering a blend of walk-out-basements and step-up level homes. Committed to sustainable construction practices, the development adheres to Step
3 of the BC Step Code. The townhomes boast modern amenities, including ductless heating and A/C, on demand hot water powered by natural gas, and gas fireplaces. Each unit features stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops and wide plank engineered hardwood flooring among other premium finishes. Construction started in fall of 2022 with ongoing work scheduled to be completed fall 2024.
