Scansa Construction was the general contractor for the new construction of a six-story 40-unit family rental residential building over a concrete underground parking structure, located at 729 Station Avenue in Langford. This project was the second phase to 731 Station that was completed in 2020. Construction started in December 2019 on the building and is designed to the BC Energy Step Code Level 4.
Scansa performed the cast-in-place concrete and civil works for the project. Subcontractors were hired to complete the remaining scopes.
