Scansa Construction is the general contractor for the new construction of Galaxy Motors New Flagship RV sales and service center located at 4377 West Shore Parkway in Langford.
The Project is situated on a 2.6 acre lot in Langford and consists of a 1000m2 - 2 ½ story structural steel framed building that houses a retail sales and parts center and a 550m2 shop with 5 service bays for Recreational Vehicles (RV’s). It’s sister store, Galaxy Motors, also being built by Scansa Construction is located at 4391 West Shore Parkway.
Construction started on Galaxy RV in October of 2019, Scansa Construction self-performed, the cast-in-place concrete and civil works for the project. Subcontractors will be hired to complete the structural steel, building envelope, steel stud & drywall, painting, vinyl flooring, and the electrical & mechanical systems.
