Hulitan Family and Community Services Tenant Improvement

Scansa Construction, as general contractor, was hired to complete an exciting tenant improvement in a new office space at 104 - 731 Station Avenue in Langford.


The project, which is home to Hulitan Family and Community Services, houses 6,800 sq ft. of office space, family play and therapy rooms, 2 small conference rooms, a large kitchen and a “Big House” gathering space. 


The project has very custom wood features, which included radial ceilings, MDF clouds, poplar wood strips around the Big House, custom wood bleachers with integral storage and large cedar doors carved with Hulitan’s signature “Hummingbird” logo. 


Huiltan was able to occupy the space a month earlier while the base building was still under construction.
