Scansa Construction is the general contractor for the James Bay Active Transportation Improvements in the heart of Victoria; Scansa Construction was the civil general contractor for the project. The project involved the supply and install of all underground utilities and services.
This included drainage, electrical and street lighting. Scansa was also responsible for the roadworks including the opening of bike lanes throughout James Bay and finishing of the project including asphalt paving, curbs and sidewalks and landscaping
