Scansa, as a concrete subcontractor, built the multilevel parkade shared between two apartment
buildings named Rockford Place 1 & 2. The concrete work on the first phase of this project (RP-1)
was completed in early 2023 while the additional 2780m2 of parkade area provided by RP2 will
be completed in February 2024. Scansa provides the formwork for all concrete elements and the
placing and finishing for all footings, walls, columns, and stairs. This project is located downtown
Langford adjacent to the Royal Colwood Golf Club. The two buildings sitting atop the multilevel
parkade and consist of ground floor commercial space along Goldstream Ave with a combined
168 residential apartments inside the two 6-story mass timber buildings.
