As Construction Managers working on behalf of Liberty Ridge Homes, Scansa Construction oversaw the completion for the final phase at “The Ridge” in Kettle Creek. Coming into the project under tight deadlines, Scansa was able to turn over 13 buildings that consisted of 79 different
homes between November 2022 and April 2023.
The 2 bedroom 2-1/2 bath “Ridge” units were built using a vertical ICF wall system providing energy efficiency and sound proofing. Premium finishes such as quartz countertops, undermount stainless steel sinks, and smart appliances were included.
