Scansa demonstrated our expertise in various roles such as a general contractor for civil works, building and residential projects, a construction manager, concrete subcontractor and residential home builder.
All civil infrastructure components for Bear Mountain including road works, underground and public space improvements up until 2010 were executed by Scansa. In addition, our President was responsible for overseeing the development of the hotel, recreational and commercial construction that highlights this world-class destination.
