In May of 2014 Scansa Construction was awarded, as concrete subcontractor, the new construction for all cast-in-place concrete works associated at this mixed-use development.
Located at 23 Helmcken Road, in the Victoria neighborhood of View Royal, this project included concrete formwork, supply, pumping, placing and finishing for 8 buildings and one underground 14,000 square meter parking structure. Approximately 12,000 cubic meters of cast-in-place concrete was required for this 10.4 acre complex designed to house multiple retail stores, residential units and commercial office space.
