Scansa Construction is the concrete contractor on this project that consists of over 70,000 square feet of floor space spread out through three separate warehouse buildings for Seaspan. Scansa scope of work included all concrete formwork, construction of 84 tilt up concrete panels, the concrete supply, pumping, all placing and finishing for both the slab on grades and tilt up wall panels. The project started in May of 2021 and concrete work is to be completed by December of 2021. This project was on a tight schedule due to the requirements of the client and the added need to have the tilt up walls completed prior the winter weather.
