Royal Bay
Scansa, as a subcontractor, formed, placed and finished all of the interior and exterior slabs at a multi family project in Royal Bay. Scansa also formed and poured several retaining walls and exterior stairs throughout the development, assisting with design and stakeholder consultation to ensure occupancy timelines were met. Our highly skilled workforce is capable of forming and finishing all architectural concrete features to fulfill owner and architect’s visions.

Veterans Memorial Parkway & Latoria Roundabout
Scansa formed, placed and finished all the concrete sidewalks and traffic islands at the new
roundabout at Veterans Memorial Parkway & Latoria. All aspects adhere to Municipality
specifications, and include broom finish, and coloured stamped concrete.
